Gender Pay Gap Reporting
The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021, and most recently the Government’s directive in 2025, introduced a requirement for all employers with 50 or more employees on a ‘snapshot date’ ( a date of the organisation’s choosing) to publish details of their gender pay and bonus gap every year.
In addition, data must be uploaded to the Government’s online portal from 2026 and annually thereafter.
Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager (Fixed Term Maternity Cover)
We are seeking applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager on a fixed term maternity cover. The Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day promotion of the services, brand and bookings of these iconic visitor attractions and provide sales and marketing support to Clare Tourism as well as providing essential sales and marketing support to advance the goals of Clare Tourism Development. Clare Tourism Development DAC is a subsidiary company of Clare County Council that oversees the management, development, and promotion of a portfolio of signature visitor attractions and sites throughout Clare. Clare Tourism is developing these visitor attraction sites and is now seeking to hire an experienced professional with substantial skills in people and facilities management of a hospitality / visitor attraction site. The mission of the Clare Tourism includes the provision of a world class visitor experience.
